While on the flip side,  improving your sleep transforms your health, creativity and connections to others! Improve your mood and ability to adapt to stress by improving your sleep.

Making sleep a protected necessity each night allows more dreams and insights to carry through into your day, enhancing your intuition. Our dreams also offer us portals into manifesting our desires. In this workshop we will discuss herbs, lifestyle practices, and flower essences to enhance your ability to relax, sleep and dream. We will dive into creating supportive evening and morning rituals, a fun dreaming practice and easy steps to restore vitality.  Get the rest your body craves to create the life of your dreams!

Bonus! This class will include a demonstration on how to create your own sleep tincture and flower essence to keep on your bed stand for when you are struggling to get some solid shut-eye.
